Welcome to nuTsie, a service provided by Melodeo, Inc. We are interested in giving you a great music listening experience. To do that, we need to collect some information from you. We believe that you should know what information we collect from you, and how that information may be used, disclosed and/or protected.
To provide you with better service, we may use information about who you are, your interests, age or gender, where you are located, which services you use, or other information as described in this Policy. We will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent or as otherwise provided for in this Privacy Policy.

In order to use nuTsie, you must first complete the registration process, providing your email address as a login name, and create a password. During registration you are required to give contact information such as name and email address and phone number. We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest.
You have the option to provide your music information to us; we encourage you to submit this information so we can provide you a more personalized experience on our site
Melodeo will collect a variety of types of personal information about users of our products and services. Personal information refers to information that can be directly associated with a specific person or entity such as a name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, gender, age, interest(s), music collection, playlists, or other information deemed relevant to a specific person. Any personal information collected by Melodeo will be considered to be the personal information of the actual user of the nuTsie service, and will be treated as such, and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Set forth below is a non-inclusive list of the types of personal and other information we collect. Please refer to the rest of this Privacy Policy to see how we use, disclose and protect that information.
Wireless carrier, mobile phone number, mobile phone make and model, l, products and services used, how often you interact with nuTsie, times of day of use, metadata from your digital music collection, phone number and/ or email of people you shared your music information, web browser used, and any other relevant information that you may from time to time provide, or we may from time to time collect.
We do not consider "aggregate" information to be the same as personal information. Aggregate information is that information we collect in which individual customer identities have been removed. For example, we may prepare a report indicating that a certain percentage of our customers always subscribe to one of our products at a certain time of day, via a certain advertising medium. This type of "aggregate" information helps us better understand customer trends so we can better direct our marketing efforts towards providing new services and tailoring current services.
The personal information and/or aggregate data, in whole or in part, may be shared with:
Subsidiaries and successors in interest of Melodeo; individuals or companies that provide their assistance or advice to Melodeo in order to facilitate its business (e.g., accounting, administrative, legal, tax and/or financial service providers); those individuals or companies entrusted with access to the data by law or in compliance with the competent authorities' instructions; those individuals or companies contracted by Melodeo to assist with activities connected to the provision of e-commerce and m-commerce services.
Because we believe in protecting your privacy, it is important that you understand there are some instances where consent to use your personal information may be asked and/or granted. Always remember, as a customer you are our greatest asset, so we respect and strive to protect your privacy.
Personal information will not be disclosed other than in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and generally only under some of the following criteria:

In addition to nuTsie, we may give you access to third party services. By taking advantage of those products and services offered by other companies, you may be providing information to those companies, and that information about you received by those third parties could be governed by their privacy policies, not this Privacy Policy. Melodeo will always do its best to let you know if a particular service is governed by a policy other than ours. Whenever third parties have a role in any transaction, you should review their privacy policies as well.
From time to time you may participate in surveys to help us improve our service to you. Any personal information collected from a survey will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Additionally, you may participate in contests, giveaways or other similar promotions we sponsor. Except as explained otherwise in the rules for a particular contest, giveaway or promotion, any personal information you provide will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site or share your playlists, we may ask you for your friend�s name and email address and/or mobile phone number. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email or text message inviting him or her to visit the site. Melodeo stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.
Your friend may contact us at feedback@nutsie.com to request that we remove this information from our database.
The use of cookies is a standard practice on the internet. Cookies are small files a Web site places on your computer's hard drive when you visit. These files help identify your computer and record data about your visit so the site knows who you are and can personalize your visit. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users� movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.
We use a third-party tracking service from Omniture, Inc. that uses cookies [log files] to track non-personally identifiable information about visitors to our site in the aggregate for the purpose of analyzing site traffic and usage patterns.
Web beacons are small graphic images on a Web page, Web-based document or in an e-mail message that are designed to allow the site owner or a third party to monitor the address and other information of the site viewing the item. Melodeo does not place Web beacons that link to personal information on other sites, nor does it permit third parties, other than those working on our behalf, to place them on our site. Melodeo does use Web beacons itself and may link a particular beacon to personal information. Melodeo uses the latest mobile and technology best practices to provide sound management control and technological security of all information collected by us and our system. For management control, Melodeo uses mobile best practices to design methods and procedures for protecting your privacy.
For technological security we have 24/7 monitoring and tracking, the latest anti-virus and firewalls, and a range of technical procedures that together provide top-level security.
While it is true that we want to market nuTsie, we also want to show you the deepest respect for your privacy as a consumer. For this reason, we provide several ways to opt-in and opt-out of our services. You can at anytime decide to opt out or suspend the nuTsie service by sending notice to feedback@nutsie.com
We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email.
Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account.
