Biography of Sylvester

Sylvester was raised by his grandmother, the '30s blues singer Julia Morgan. He had a gospel career, then joined the transvestite band The Cockettes. He went solo in the late '70s with the backup of Two Tons of Fun. ~ Bil Carpenter
