Philadelphia's Cinderella is definitely a blues-based metal band, one that actually listened to Willie Dixon, Howlin' Wolf, Muddy Waters, and Sonny Boy Williamson instead of stealing all their licks from Zeppelin and Stones records. They received a major-label deal with the help of their close friend, Jon Bongiovi.
