This section answers frequently asked questions regarding the operation of the nuTsie for your mobile phone.
What is nuTsie?
nuTsie lets you listen to your itunes playlists, your friends' itunes playlists, anybody's playlists, on your phone or any computer connected to the internet. You can also listen to recommended music based on your playlists and explore hundreds of thousands of playlists from other users and nuTsieÕs music experts.
nuTsie has some great playlists -- the iTunes Top 100 is updated every week; the Rolling Stone's Top 500 Rock Songs of All Time; 100 greatest hits for every year going back 50 years, and more.
How do I listen to my iTunes playlists on my mobile phone?
- When you start the nuTsie mobile application, a unique "Link Code" will be displayed. You can also access this Link Code from the options menu.
- From your PC or Mac, open a browser and go to www.nutsie.com/link.
- Enter the Link Code, and either register if you are a new user or log in to your existing nuTsie account.
- Select "Add Playlists" and follow the steps to add your iTunes playlists to nuTsie.

How does nuTsie work?
nuTsie takes all the song titles and artist info from your itunes library and matches that to music that is on the nuTsie servers and then stream the music to you. We don't move or copy any music files. The music is all secure on our system.
nuTsie includes some playlists that aren't mine. What are they?
To get you started, nuTsie includes several featured playlists for your listening pleasure.
How do I delete of these nuTsie playlists from my phone?
If you would like to delete any of the featured playlists, go to nutsie.com on your PC or Mac and log into your account. On your nuTsie page (My nuTsie), click on the red "x" next to the playlist you want to delete. The playlists on your mobile phone sync to changes on your nutsie web page. Note: you may need to select Refresh on nuTsie mobile menu to see the changes.
Can I add other nuTsie playlists to my phone?
Yes. Simply browse nutsie.com on your PC or Mac and when you find a playlist you like, select "add to favorites". These playlists are automatically added to your nuTsie web page.
To delete playlists from your nuTsie webpage, simply click on the red "x" next to the playlist you want to delete. The playlists on your phone sync to changes on your nutsie web page. Note: you may need to select Refresh on the nuTsie mobile menu to see the changes.
I have added new music and playlists to my iTunes collection. Why aren't they showing up on nuTsie?
You may want to re-submit your music whenever you modify your iTunes library; add/delete/change songs or playlists.

Why are some songs, that I know are in my iTunes library, not showing on the nuTsie application?
Sometimes not all the songs in your iTunes Library.xml file appear in nuTsie because nuTsie does not yet have those songs in its catalog. nuTsie automatically acquires requested songs that it does not possess. It is not necessary to repeatedly upload your iTunes Library.xml file to nuTsie in order to check to see if nuTsie has obtained the new song
What is the "Serendipity Slider"?
The Sernedipity Slider is a feature that adds recommended music to your playlists. You can set the slider to mix in the desired amount of recommended music by moving it toward 100% to get more new music and 0% to get just your music. This can be found on the options menu of the nuTsie mobile application.
What does the "Grab" button do?
When you hear a recommended song you like, you can "Grab" it. This adds it to the "Grab Bag" playlist. You can then listen to the songs you grabbed by selecting the Grab Bag playlist.
Is there a way to edit and manage my Grab Bag playlist and other playlists?
Yes. To manage the Grab Bag playlist and your other playlists, log into your account at www.nutsie.com. On your "My nuTsie" page, select "Grab Bag" and click the x to remove songs. If you want to add more songs, browse or search the website and select "Grab selected songs"
What does the "Hate it" button do?
When you hear a song you really don't like and don't want to hear again, press "Hate it". nuTsie will try not to play that song for you again. If you change your mind, you can edit this list by going to www.nutsie.com and logging in. On your "My nuTsie" page, you can select the "Hated Songs" list and remove the song from that list.
Can I find and play a specific song on my mobile phone or play my playlists in a specific order?
nuTsie can only play an entire playlist, and always in "Shuffle Mode".
