This section answers frequently asked questions regarding the operation of the nuTsie for BlackBerry.

What BlackBerry devices work with nuTsie?

How do I listen to my iTunes on my BlackBerry?

When you download the nuTsie mobile application, we automatically create a nuTsie account for you. To access that account from your PC or Mac, go to www.nutsie.com and select Login.

The email you entered when you first launched the mobile application is your user ID. The phone number you entered is your password.

Once you log in, you will see Upload Playlists on the main navigation bar. Select that and follow the instructions provided.

Can I Upload Just One Playlist?

Yes. iTunes allows users to export one playlist rather than an entire Library.xml file. You can export that one playlist by selecting the playlist in iTunes and choosing Export… from the File menu. From your nuTsie page, click on Upload Playlists, and select the file you just exported.

When should I Upload My Music Again?

Occasionally you may want to resubmit your iTunes Library.xml file to nuTsie. You should do this when:

nuTsie for BlackBerry has some playlists that aren’t mine. What are they?

To get you started, nuTsie includes several featured playlists for your listening pleasure. If you would like to delete any of those playlists, go to nutsie.com on your PC or Mac and log into your account. On your nuTsie page (My nuTsie), click on the red “x” next to the playlist you want to delete.

The playlists on your BlackBerry sync to changes on your nutsie web page. Note: you may need to select Refresh on the nuTsie for Blackberry menu to see the changes.

Can I add other nuTsie playlists to my BlackBerry?

Yes. Simply browse nutsie.com on your PC or Mac and when you find a playlist you like, select add to my friends list. These playlists are automatically added to your nuTsie web page.

To delete playlists from your nuTsie webpage, simply click on the red “x” next to the playlist you want to delete.

Can I Add Music to the nuTsie Catalog?

nuTsie has its own catalog of music. It matches that catalog to the songs in your iTunes playlist. If it doesn't have a song, it initiates the process of acquiring that song or album.

If you have music that you know nuTsie does not have in its catalog, and cannot easily obtain, then send an email to Feedback@nuTsie.com. Include the name of the artist, album and any other releveant information available to you. Additionally, If you know where nuTsie can obtain an officially published version of the CD, then please include that information as well.

Where is My Music?

Sometimes not all the songs in your iTunes Library.xml file appear in nuTsie because nuTsie does not yet have those songs in its catalog. nuTsie automatically acquires requested songs that it does not possess. It is not necessary to repeatedly upload your iTunes Library.xml file to nuTsie in order to check to see if nuTsie has obtained the new son
