Man, was that fast.  Rihanna instantly re-mounted the summit of Mt. Pop with new single "Russian Roulette."  It's a bit slower-paced than her other hits, but we like it just the same.  Rihanna's new album, Rated R, drops November 23.

Rounding out the top 10 are the usual suspects: Britney, cherubic Canuck Ryan Bieber, Jay-Z and the ever-present Miley Cyrus and Lady GaGa.

This week brings an increasingly rare Diddy sighting in the 100; he's lurking at #51 with "Angels." 

Top 100 newcomers Them Crooked Vultures (Nirvana/Foo Fighters+Led Zeppelin+Queens of the Stone Age = holy shit!) prove that people still like nasty rock and roll, while Cage The Elephant rides the success of "Ain't No Rest For The Wicked" as featured in the video game Borderlands.
